I have worked with Eric and LA Partyworks for over 3 decades and believe that what Eric did this past weekend in Glendora was absolutely amazing. During these extremely tough times when businesses are closed and no events are allowed, Eric came up with a social distancing friendly idea, “Your City Safari” which brought life and fun back in to the communities! I fully supported being a sponsor for this great idea. Vans and I contributed by becoming a sponsor and by donating Vans apparel for prizes! Once Eric told me about the volume of people attending the safari, I had to check it out for myself! Thousands of cars were flowing through the area experiencing the city safari, it was a sight to see… it was remarkable! News networks reached out to Eric to have segments on Your City Safari, this idea truly spread like wildfire all over social media! It's an honor to be a part of this event! Thank you Eric.

First let me tell you it was our pleasure. The Glendora Safari is a brilliant idea to help capture the imagination of our schoolchildren and have them turn that event into a learning experience. At the same time it allowed parents to be active participants in this endeavor. We are thankful to Eric and LA Partyworks for coming up with this out-of-the-box experience. It was a huge success. As a former mayor, I highly recommend that other local municipalities consider having their own City Safari. It’s one way to help create enthusiasm and collaboration in a safe and familial environment. This is the best out of the box thinking I have seen in forever. Raising Canes was very proud to have partnered with this great event. We saw a 17% increase in traffic and top line sales for the event. The way the community came out to support a fun event and make this a big hit has us already thinking of how to engage for the next safari.
