Is it scary? Can I bring the little ones?
Yes, bring the family! The experience is designed to be playful and family friendly. If your kids are easily frightened, choose an earlier time slot before sundown when available.
Do we stay in our car?
Yes. This is a drive-thru experience. You enjoy the themed worlds from your own vehicle. Follow the event team’s directions and only leave your vehicle where permitted for restrooms or emergencies.
How long is the experience?
The original route is roughly one mile and takes about 30 minutes to enjoy. Allow extra time for entry lines, particularly on busy weekend evenings.
Where can I find my tickets?
Check your booking confirmation email. Tickets purchased through Universe can also be found in your Universe account. For help with an existing booking, contact Support@Universe.com.

Do I need to print my ticket?
The original event accepted tickets displayed on a mobile phone or a printed copy. Check your current booking confirmation for entry requirements.
How many people can ride in a vehicle?
Do not exceed your vehicle’s legal seating capacity. Every passenger should have an appropriate seat and restraint. Consult the current ticket listing for included passengers and vehicle restrictions.
