If you have purchased tickets using guest checkout and have not activated your Universe account, you can do so at any time from your booking confirmation email. Is this family-friendly? Is it too scary for kids?
Yes, this is a family friendly event and is not designed to be scary at all! If your kids do get frightened easily, we recommend going to the earlier time slots before sundown.

How long is the drive-thru experience?
The loop is roughly 1 mile, and can take up to 30 minutes of fun to complete. During busy weekend nights, please prepare for possible wait time / lines to enter the loop.
Will there be social distancing?
Yes. Attendees MUST stay in their vehicles. If your windows are down, all occupants in the vehicle must have their masks on. Occupants of a participating vehicle cannot leave their vehicles except for emergency purposes, to use restroom facilities (source: Los Angeles County Dept. of Public Health see #12).
Do we drive through the event or do we park and walk around?
This is a driving event ONLY. As stated above, occupants of a participating vehicle cannot leave their vehicles except for emergency purposes, to use restroom facilities (source: Los Angeles County Dept. of Public Health see #12).
Do I need to print my tickets?
You can provide your tickets on your mobile phone, or a print out.
How many people can be in my vehicle?
Participating vehicles cannot exceed their maximum occupancy (source: Los Angeles County Dept. of Public Health see #5).
